Geležinkelių transporto plėtros internacionalizacijos procesų valdymas
The present thesis focuses on the evaluation of internationalisation processes of railway transport development. The main subject of the research are the internationalisation processes of development of railway transport sector. The basic aim of the thesis is to create an integral model of management of railway transport development internationalisation processes, based on principles of the system “Alliance + Clusterâ€. The following objectives have been formulated in the present thesis: firstly, to carry out a scientific literature review on the internationalisation processes of railway transport development, and on their management; secondly, to analyse the impact of globalisation processes on railway transport development; to study the possibilities of applying modern organisational forms of railway transport development; lastly, to prepare a purposeful and effective model of railway transport activity management.
