The dissertation examines the management culture expression in companies aiming to implement corporate social responsibility status. Management culture components are analyzed through the cultural prism of managerial personnel, management processes organization, management working conditions and documentation system. Corporate social responsibility is discussed through behavioral criteria of the socially responsible employee and socially responsible organization. Analyzing the management culture the relationship among the components is justified. Management culture is revealed as part of formal and informal organizational culture and is based on the results of quantitative and qualitative research. The thesis, after having performed the expert evaluations analysis of practitioners and academics, presents two universal quantitative and qualitative research instruments, the management culture expression determination model is formed aiming to implement corporate social responsibility. Based on the comparative analysis of research results, the model of managerial decisions is formed covering the stages of organization, processes, analysis, decisions and changes. The practical implementation of the model can be successful on the basis of change-oriented solutions with the help of which the management culture is developed and corporate social responsibility level is increased. Using a diagnostic instrument creates a possibility to apply scientific theoretical managerial knowledge in an individual organization designing and developing unique management culture which creates the moral and organizational framework for developing corporate social responsibility.
