The problem and subject of the dissertation is management of integrated developmental changes. One general and many specific mathematical optimisation models have been developed for the purpose of integrated management of developmental changes. These changes represent an extremely complex real dynamical system. Their complexity derives not only from the complexity of the system structures and processes but also from the intensive and dynamic structural changes, internal and external interactions, and in particular from uncertain future. The management instruments are mathematical modelling and optimisation. The dissertation includes many research results. Two general results are prominent: the developed general optimisation model of devepmental changes and approach to economics of optimum.
