This thesis investigates the clinical applicability of biomarkers, in particular TARC, in children with Hodgkin lymphoma. We investigate whether we can improve the diagnostic process of lymphomas, how to integrate diagnostic markers in this process and we investigate the applicability of blood biomarkers and immunohistochemical markers during treatment and follow-up as response markers.
