The aim of this dissertation is to discuss the potential nucleophilic properties of isocyanides, to implement ‘isocyanides from isocyanide’ strategy for the easy access of 4-amino substituted 3-nitro-phenyl isocyanides and to apply MCR chemistry on N-heterocycle compound synthesis.
