The aim of this thesis is to lay a basis for routine outcome measurements in rhinoplasty. An evidence-based recommendation on which rhinoplasty outcome instruments to use is provided, a methodology to implement routine outcome measurements into daily practice is presented, and additional advantages resulting from such measurements are explored.
