Abstract:
Pediatric AML is a heterogeneous disease and in 30% of cases no apparent driving aberration can be detected. In this thesis, we have investigated novel driving aberrations in pediatric AML to improve risk group stratification and potentially identify novel targets for therapy to ultimately improve outcome.
