Abstract:
The aim of dissertation – to disclosure the dimension of sustainability in organization’s HRM. The formulated theoretical model of sustainable HRM allows get a more comprehensive perception of the complexity of the construct of sustainable HRM, identifying principles which should be incorporated into HRM and foreseeing the dual outcome of the impact on employees. A empirically-based model of the principles of sustainable HRM is provided, the relation between the principles of sustainable HRM and the components of the impact on employees is revealed.
