The aim of the thesis is to analyze the influence of factors that are significant for creating an innovative climate that induces innovative behavior such as leadership, internal trust and organizational commitment. In addition to the basic goal, the research provides answers on how and to what extent the factors influence the innovative climate and, exceptionally, how much the social dimension is improved within the enterprise for the use and use of the enterprise model.
