In this thesis we describe that there are differences in phenotype between familial and sporadic patients with dementia with Lewy bodies.
Furthermore, this thesis provides more evidence that the APOE ɛ4 allele and that rare variants in the GBA gene and the LRP10 gene are associated with dementia with Lewy bodies
